How to install a Joonbot chatbot on a Framer site

In this article, I'll show you how to install a chatbot on Framer. It is really simple and can be done in less than a minute!

Install the Joonbot widget on all your Framer website

1. Go to your Framer account and click on the gear ⚙️ illustration on the upper right corner of your screen and click on "General" in the sidebar.

2. Now, go to your Joonbot account in Configure > Share and copy the widget script.

3. Paste the script into the custom code section at the end of the head tag.

4. On your Framer account, click on "Publish" and "Update", and you are done!

Install the Joonbot widget on specific pages of your Framer website

1. Go to your Framer account and click on the gear ⚙️ illustration on the upper right corner of your screen and click, in the sidebar, on the web page where you want your chatbot to be installed.

2. Now, go to your Joonbot account in Configure > Share and copy the widget script.

3. Paste the script into the custom code section at the end of the head tag.

4. On your Framer account, click on "Publish" and "update", and you are done!

Install Joonbot embed format on a page of your Framer website

1. Go to your Framer account, select your page in the sidebar and insert a component by clicking on the button "Insert" in the upper left corner. Choose in the "Utility" section the "Embed" component. Place your component where you want it to appear.

3. Now, go to your Joonbot account in Configure > Share and copy the full-page URL.

4. Go back to your Framer account. In the right sidebar, in the "embed section",  choose the URL type.

Paste the Joonbot URL in the field.

5. On your Framer account, click on "Publish" and "update", and you are done!
