You can easily send your data collected through Joonbot to your Notion database without coding anything. Let's use Zapier to do that!
1. Add a Zapier block after all the data you want to send to Notion.
In the example below, we only need to collect data coming from two specific conversational paths.
2. Go to Zapier and create a zap.
3. Choose as trigger the latest version of Joonbot and choose "Zapier block reached" as the trigger event.
4. Connect your Joonbot account to Zapier.
5. Pick your chatbot and select your Zapier block.
Click on your Zapier block within Joonbot to know your block id.
6. Test the trigger
It's normal if you see tons of data with lorem ipsum.
Sometimes you'll get variable names like that: 06c8eaff-b822-4082-92d5-379b00ef0087. It's the "name" of the variable by default.
If within a question type block, you saved the answer under a variable name, you'll see them with that name in the list.
7. Select the Notion app as action and pick "create database item" as action event.
8. Create a database in Notion and name your columns.
9. Connect your Notion account to Zapier.
Allow access to Zapier to the Notion pages you need, your database in this case or, the "folder" containing your database.
10. Select your database and fill the fields with the data collected.
You'll retrieve all the questions your chatbot asks and the variables you created within your chatbot.
10. Test, turn on your zap and try live.
11. You are done! 🚀
