Joonbot gives you various features that a premium user can take advantage of such as file uploads, A/B testing, advanced logic jumps, and so on. These features are by default available for any new user under the 14-Day trial period. Once your trial period ends, the chatbot will be deactivated everywhere if the chatbot has any of the premium features, which includes previews of the chatbots too.
How can I solve this issue?
Well, you can upgrade to our Essential or Plus plans depending on the features you need.
Another option is to stay on the free version. If you prefer to continue to use the free version, you have to remove all premium features and reactivate your chatbot.

WARNING - You can use the chatbot with a free plan. But it's limited to 100 conversations. Above the limit, your chatbot will still be active, but you need to upgrade to one of the premium plans to see the chat transcripts.
How to reactivate the chatbot?
Now that you have made your choice, it is time for you to reactivate your chatbot.
In your chatbot dashboard, go to Configure -> Advanced (Refer to Screenshot below)
You'll see various toggles to activate the chatbot.
Turn them on, and you are good to go!
