What happens when the "Remember visitors" feature is activated?

When a visitor navigates on your website or comes back later, the conversation will start from where he left it.

By default, your Joonbot can remember visitors' past conversations.

What happens when the "Remember visitors" feature is NOT activated?

If you decide that your bot doesn't remember your visitors, a new conversation will start every time your webpage is refreshed. Like it was a new visitor.

What about the refresh button?

Visitors can restart the conversation from the beginning by using the refresh button. In both cases, information collected during previous conversations will be overridden.
