There are two possible reasons why you can't apply your coupon code.
Either we apply some restrictions on it, or your current web browser setup creates interferences with Joonbot.
Our possible restrictions
We release coupon codes than can:
- have an expiration date
- be applied only on a specific plan (annual/monthly, essential/plus)
- can be used only by a limited number of people
- can be used only by certain people
When you enter and apply the coupon code on the checkout page, you have a notification telling you why the coupon is not applied. If not, check the explanation you had with the coupon code you try to apply for a better understanding.
Your possible web browser interferences
Chrome extensions are a nightmare; they interfere with software.
So, anytime an app doesn't work as you wish, switch for private navigation and everything will be all right.
