How to install Joonbot on my Dropizi website?

It's very easy to add your chatbot to your Dropizi account and it takes less than a minute!

Install your chatbot as a widget:

1. Go to your Dropizi account and click on 'Configuration' represented by a toothed wheel.

2. Go to Tags and external services, then on Free scripts.

3. Go to your Joonbot account, click on the bot you want to add, go to the Configure tab and copy the Joon snippet code you'll find there.

4. Go back to your Dropizi account and paste the code.

5. You’re done! 

Install your chatbot in the embed format:

The 2nd first steps are the same as for the widget format.

Then:

3. Copy the code of the embed format that you'll also find in the Configure tab. Go back to your Dropizi account and paste the code.

4. Custom the HTML in the div part of the code to custom your embed chatbot design on the page.

5. You're done! Congratulations 🎉🎉🎉!

Important:

If your bot isn’t showing up, try clearing your cache, and that should get it live.
